hours<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 18:00, including holidays;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>The establishment is closed to external customers outside the above hours<\/span><br \/>\n<span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>2) Identification and vaccination of animals:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Only animals with electronic identification (identification chip) and<\/span><br \/>\n<span>up-to-date vaccines are admitted;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Mandatory vaccinations: rabies and kennel cough;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Recommended vaccines: Parvovirus, Leishmaniasis;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Vaccination bulletin: Obligatorily kept by the Hotel during your stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>3) Conditions of acceptance and refusal of the animal:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>-The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any animal that proves to be sick or<\/span><br \/>\n<span>contagious;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>-The Hotel declines any responsibility in cases where the animal acquires<\/span><br \/>\n<span>internal or external parasites after its stay;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>-In cases where parasitic states are detected that are harmful to the good<\/span><br \/>\n<span>hygiene of the Hotel, the animal will be subject to a veterinary visit organized by<\/span><br \/>\n<span>our services, at the expense of the owner\/guardian.\u00a0Females in heat may be<\/span><br \/>\n<span>refused depending on the capacity of the Hotel (large number of males in<\/span><br \/>\n<span>accommodation).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>4) Personal objects:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Personal objects of the animal are accepted (toys, blankets, beds);<\/span><br \/>\n<span>The Hotel declines any responsibility for its degradation;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>5) Reservations:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>They are carried out exclusively online.\u00a0Amounts paid are non-refundable.\u00a0They are credited to the customer&#8217;s account for a future reservation,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>always subject to availability and current pricing.\u00a0If there is a price change for the intended dates, the difference must be settled before entering the accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>6) Billing:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Paper invoices are not issued.\u00a0They will be sent electronically<\/span><br \/>\n<span>exclusively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>7) Check-in and Check-out<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The day of entry and the day of exit will be mandatorily invoiced.\u00a0The customer<\/span><br \/>\n<span>can check-in and check-out at any time within the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Hotel&#8217;s opening hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>8) Civil liability:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>a) The owner\/tutor is responsible for any damage caused by his<\/span><br \/>\n<span>animal during its stay;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Exceptions to this rule are green spaces and any other cause<\/span><br \/>\n<span>manifestly attributable to the Hotel;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>b) The owner entrusts his animal and becomes aware of the height of the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>fence \u2013 2m.\u00a0In case of escape, the responsibility for this cannot<\/span><br \/>\n<span>be attributed to the Hotel.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>c) The owner becomes aware of the space as it appears.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>It is a rural hotel, in the presence of organic material from<\/span><br \/>\n<span>native vegetation.\u00a0The Hotel declines any responsibility for the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>accidental ingestion of sticks, leaves, stones, or any other residue<\/span><br \/>\n<span>organic that forms part of the natural ecosystem of the geographical area in<\/span><br \/>\n<span>which it operates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>9) Illness and accidents:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Hotel hygiene and disinfection is done daily;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the animal.\u00a0The hotel&#8217;s obligation in this<\/span><br \/>\n<span>matter consists exclusively, and if suspicious signs are detected, to promote the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>evaluation of the animal by the veterinarian in charge and follow the latter&#8217;s guidelines,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>at the expense of the owner\/guardian;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>The owner\/guardian hereby authorizes the Hotel to provide the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>necessary care in the event of an accident or illness, at the expense of the owner\/guardian,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>through official evidence issued by the veterinarian;\u00a0consultations, surgeries, medications, and transportation expenses will be the sole responsibility of the owner\/guardian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>10) Potentially dangerous breed dogs:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>They are accepted with the legally required documentation, namely mandatory registration at the Parish Council of the domicile, mandatory vaccines up to date and respective civil liability insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>11) Abandonment:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>In cases where the animal cannot be picked up on the scheduled date, the customer<\/span><br \/>\n<span>undertakes to notify the Hotel as soon as possible, by telephone, e-mail,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>or other means at their disposal.\u00a0A fixed fee of \u20ac40 applies per<\/span><br \/>\n<span>additional night if the stay extension is not done online.\u00a0At the end of<\/span><br \/>\n<span>5 days after the end of the original stay, the Hotel reserves the right to entrust the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>animal to an animal protection society, and to promote the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>abandonment information with the competent authorities.\u00a0All costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner\/guardian.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span>12) Food:<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span>Due to the specific conditions of each animal&#8217;s diet, the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>respective food must be provided by the owner\/guardian.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span>13) Stays:<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span>The maximum stay allowed per guest is 90 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span>PAYMENT CONDITIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span>1. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be carried out on the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>User&#8217;s card immediately after confirmation of the ability to provide the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>service.\u00a0If any of the ordered services cannot be provided,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>the amount thereof will be credited to the User&#8217;s card, after the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>order has been placed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>ARTICLE 4 &#8211; AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>1. The service will be made available after confirmation of the<\/span><br \/>\n<span>payment made.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>ARTICLE 5 &#8211; PRICES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>1. Whenever possible, the refund should be made using the same method of<\/span><br \/>\n<span>payment, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that<\/span><br \/>\n<span>the refund can be made by Bank Transfer.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>3.
